This opportunity is for charter bus services within the Las Vegas area. The services will include the provision of 31-passenger buses and ADA-compliant buses equipped with a lift, each with a 1.5-hour minimum reservation time. Pricing is provided per reservation and as a maximum daily rate for each bus type. Airport fees and a 3% tax are applicable, with the tax included in the provided prices. A 24-hour prior cancellation policy is in effect. Volume discounts are incorporated into the pricing. The current price of fuel is $6, which is included in the price. A 15% gratuity is also included in the price.
