Universal Pre-Kindergarten Services

The Franklin Central School District anticipates receiving funds under Education Law 3602-e to establish a universal pre-kindergarten program. Eligible childcare agencies are invited to submit proposals to provide these services. Specifications for the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available at the Franklin Central School business office starting May 26, 2026, during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Proposals must be submitted by June 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The Franklin Central School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
