Economic Development Study for Industrial Revitalization

Grant County Port District No. 9 is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide economic planning services. The project aims to create an Ephrata Industrial Revitalization Economic Plan. The selection of a consultant will be based solely on qualifications, with cost information not being requested or considered at this stage. The scope of work includes various economic planning elements such as a buildable land study, economic uses study, infrastructure inventory, project compilation and ranking, infrastructure project scheduling, identification of potential funding sources, drafting the economic plan, and incorporating presentation revisions for the final deliverable. The anticipated contract duration is 12 months, with an option for extension. The work is expected to commence in June 2026, with a final report due by June 30, 2027.
