Physical Education and Athletic Supplies Bid

Valley Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for physical education and athletic supplies for the contract period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. This contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms, provided pricing is honored, both parties agree to renewal, and the Board of Education approves. Bid documents will be available starting May 15, 2026, by emailing Samantha Victor at Samantha.Victor@vcsdny.org. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, and "Valley Central School District - PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND ATHLETIC BID". Bids are due by 2:00 PM on June 11, 2026, at the School District Business Office, 944 State Route 17K, Montgomery, New York. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bids arrive by the deadline. Bids must remain valid for forty-five (45) days after the opening. The District reserves the right to request additional information, allow corrections, and consider experience, service, reputation, financial responsibility, and specific qualifications in its evaluation and award process. Oral presentations may be requested.
