Building 90 Demolition at Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan

This Sources Sought notice is for market research regarding the demolition of Building 90 at the Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command is seeking information on eligible businesses capable of performing this work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238910: Site Preparation Contractors. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing, removing, and disposing of the building and its components, including interior and exterior finishes, roofing, foundation, structural components, tanks, pipelines, HVAC systems, fire protection, electrical systems, and associated roads and paved surfaces. Asbestos and lead abatement are also included. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is expected to be issued around May 7, 2026, with a site visit tentatively scheduled for May 19, 2026, and bid opening tentatively scheduled for June 8, 2026. The entire work must be completed no later than 270 calendar days from the date of award. Plans will be available via https://sam.gov/ or https://piee.eb.mil/. Contractors must be authorized to operate in Japan and comply with all Japanese laws and regulations, including possessing a valid license from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or prefectural government. NIST SP 800-171 is applicable.
