This Invitation for Bid (IFB) concerns the sale of metallic and non-metallic scrap located at or near Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services Camp Pendleton, California. The sale is for a three-year term contract. The property is offered "as is" and "where is," with no warranty expressed or implied regarding its condition, quantity, or fitness for any purpose.
