Tools and Hardware Discount Contract

Alief Independent School District is seeking percentage-off discounts for tools, hardware, and lockshop supplies. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until 2:00 pm, 1/31/2027, ahead of the contract end date of 3/31/2027. As proposals are received throughout the solicitation period, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District. Applicants will then be notified of the District's decision. An award under this contract serves to create a pool of qualified vendors from which competitive quotations will be obtained. Renewal action(s) may occur in order to allow the District to make the contract current with any legislative changes that may have occurred during the term, as well as to affirm both parties' desire to continue the contract.
