Temporary Labor Services for City of Denton

The City of Denton is seeking a provider of temporary labor services to supply temporary laborers for various departments. The selected firm must be able to provide workers on an as-needed basis, with a requirement to fulfill requests within 2 hours for non-expedited requests, and services available seven days a week. The vendor will be responsible for all employment and payroll administration, including taxes, unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation. Screening, background checks, and drug testing are also the responsibility of the vendor. The City will provide a safe work site and appropriate information and training regarding hazardous substances or conditions.
