Wyoming Life Resource Center Sanitary Sewer System Studies

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from licensed engineers for Level I Planning and Level II Feasibility Studies for the sanitary sewer system at the Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) in Lander, Wyoming. The objective of these studies is to evaluate and design a solution for the failing sanitary sewer infrastructure on the WLRC campus. Submissions must be made through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 24, 2026. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 16, 2026, with answers or addenda posted by 3:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026.
