Williams County Wide Pavement Marking

Williams County is soliciting bids for its 2026 County Wide Pavement Marking project. This project involves providing pavement marking services across various locations within Williams County, covering approximately 110 miles of paved roadways and 4 miles of chip-sealed roadways. Key quantities include approximately 1,200 SF of painted message pavement markings, 1,700,000 linear feet of 6-inch painted lines, and 1,300 linear feet of 24-inch painted lines. The substantial completion deadline for this project is September 4th, 2026, with final payment expected by September 18th, 2026. Liquidated damages of $2,300.00 per day will be assessed for failure to meet either the substantial or final completion dates. Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond equal to 5% of the bid amount, and a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price is required upon award.
