The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 3,570 to 3,570 ABOA square feet of office space in Greenville, South Carolina. The space must be located within the Central Business District, bounded by Academy Street, Church Street, South Academy Street, Vandry Street, and Augusta Street. The space must be contiguous, located above the first floor, and meet agency security requirements, including not being co-located with a school or daycare. The offered space must also comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability. A fully serviced lease is required, and the space must not be in a floodplain. The GSA may consider alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs. Expressions of interest, including the address, available square footage with a floor plan, and rental rates, are due by June 5, 2026. Occupancy is anticipated for November 2027.
