Professional Consulting Services for School District Projects

The Washougal School District is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional consulting services to support selected projects, both current and future, throughout the District from 2026 through December 31, 2030. The required services include site surveying, commissioning of MEP systems, special inspections and testing, hazardous materials surveying and testing, building security systems (low voltage design), MEP engineering (HVAC), electrical/low voltage engineering, and civil engineering. Qualified firms must possess at least 5 years of public project experience within the state of Washington. Proposals will be accepted via email until 2:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time on May 27, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with prescribed procedures or if it is deemed to be in the public interest.
