2026 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project

The City of Fort Wayne, Indiana Board of Public Works is soliciting bids for the 2026 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation project. This project involves furnishing all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of rehabilitating approximately 35 sewer manholes. The work includes coating structures, repairing voids, and casting adjustments and modifications throughout the city, all in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for May 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time at 200 E Berry Street, Fort Wayne, IN, Conference Room 255. An online meeting will also be held at the same time. Attendance at the pre-bid conference, either in person or online, is encouraged but not required. Bids must be submitted through the online bidding partner QuestCDN at www.questcdn.com by 2:00 PM local time on June 4, 2026. Bidders will be charged a fee to submit their bid electronically. A Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in an amount no less than 100% of the contract price, will be required from the successful bidder.
