HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

This solicitation requires comprehensive maintenance services for HVAC systems at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center, Building 1503 & 1508, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The contractor will be responsible for remedial maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), service reports, and emergency repairs. The scope of work includes quarterly PM for ten 3-ton Bard units and six 4-ton Bard units, as well as bi-annual PM for one Mitsubishi City-Multi ACCU. PM services encompass inspection, lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and replacement of defective parts to ensure full operational capability. Remedial and emergency repairs will be performed upon request, with specific response times outlined for assessments and repairs. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, and parts. All replacement parts must be new and equivalent to the manufacturer's original parts, with invoices and price reasonableness justifications required for reimbursement. A 180-day warranty is required on all repair and replacement services.
