Architectural and Engineering Services for Joplin Public Works Center Campus Facility

The City of Joplin is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services. The scope of work includes evaluating the existing Joplin Public Works Center Campus and designing a new office facility. A detailed scope of work will be developed in conjunction with the selected firm during the contract development process. Interested firms can obtain the complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document from the City of Joplin website at https://www.joplinmo.org/bids. All submittals must be addressed to the City of Joplin Engineering Department, 602 S. Main, Joplin, Missouri 64801, and must be received no later than 3:00 PM Central Daylight Saving Time on June 9, 2026. The City of Joplin reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to waive any formalities.
