Pressure and Soft Washing Cleaning Services for Housing Authorities

The Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority, Altoona Housing Authority, Housing Authority of the Town of Collinsville, Housing Authority of the City of Centre, Rainsville Housing Authority, and Housing Authority of the Town of Blountsville are seeking proposals for professional pressure and soft washing cleaning services for the exterior surfaces of their properties. The anticipated contract period is one (1) year, with the option for four (4) additional one-year periods, for a maximum total of five (5) years. The authorities reserve the right to waive informalities and reject any or all proposals if deemed to be in their best interest.
