Lease Proposal for Office Space in Bridgeport

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 12,000 net usable square feet of office space located in Bridgeport. The space is intended for use by the Department of Corrections for a term of five years. The leased space must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation, and include on-site, reserved, paved, and lighted parking for 35 vehicles. Preference will be given to proposals that include renewal options and/or termination clauses. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
