Landscape Maintenance Services for Twin Mills Lane and Lava Beach Lane

This contract is for comprehensive landscape maintenance services along Twin Mills Lane, Lava Beach Lane, and three Best Management Practices (BMPs). The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide continuous vegetative maintenance across all rights-of-way, landscape easements, roadway medians, and other associated areas as detailed in Attachment A. Services include litter removal, turf care such as mowing, trimming, bare spot restoration, and fertilization, as well as maintenance of trees, shrubs, and groundcovers. Weed control and mulching are also key components of the required services. The contract also specifies requirements for hard surface weed control and traffic control measures in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation standards. All work must be performed by qualified personnel and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
