Wexford County Juvenile and Family Counseling Services

The Family Division of the 28th Circuit Court in Wexford County is soliciting proposals for two service contracts: 1. Counseling Services: An open-ended requirements contract for counseling services for at-risk juveniles and/or families referred by the Court. Services must be provided by a licensed professional with at least a master's degree and experience in individual, juvenile, and family counseling. Payment will be on a unit of service basis. 2. Intensive Juvenile Probation and Services: A contract to supervise and provide programming for high-risk juvenile delinquents on probation, referred by the Court. Bidders must provide qualified personnel for probation supervision and access to a work program for juveniles. Payment will be on a per-juvenile, per-month basis. The Court is also open to proposals for additional services to enhance rehabilitative and remedial programs. Bids and proposals must be submitted by June 5, 2026, for the contract year of October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
