Mineral (MC06) 2nd Floor TI Project

The State Public Works Division is soliciting bids for the Mineral (MC06) 2nd Floor TI Project. All prime contractors and bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Bidders must also be pre-qualified by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening. Additionally, the successful bidder must have current vendor registration with the Nevada State Controller's Office and NEVADAePro before contract award, a process that may take up to 30 days. Bids will be opened online on June 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Plans and specifications can be accessed via the Nevada State Public Works Division website.
