Annual Services Contract for Construction Administration and Inspection Services

The State of Virginia is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Administration and Inspection Services. These services will support various Capital Improvement Projects and may include construction administration, management, inspection, environmental inspections, quality assurance, material sampling and testing, surveying, utility designation, plan review, constructability review, biddability review, value engineering proposal review, construction schedule and critical path method (CPM) review, delay claims analysis, cost estimating, construction document review, payment review and processing, and providing qualified inspectors to augment staff. The contract will be for an annual basis, renewable for three additional years, for a total term of 4 years. The maximum amount for any work order and the annual maximum shall be in accordance with SS 2.2-4301 of the Code of Virginia as amended. There is no guarantee of the amount of work that will be authorized.
