Paratransit Vehicle Operation Services

The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), operating as rabbittransit, is seeking proposals for the operation of paratransit vehicles within its service area for the Shared Ride Program. This contract requires the provision of all necessary labor, supervision, miscellaneous supplies, insurance, and maintenance. Proposers are invited to submit responses detailing their firm's capabilities to meet SRTA's specialized needs as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). SRTA/rabbittransit serves multiple counties including Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York. All proposals and subsequent contracts will be subject to applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws, as well as a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). Proposers are solely responsible for all costs incurred in the development of their proposals.
