Construction of North Fremont Fire District Drummond Station

This Invitation to Bid solicits sealed bids for the construction of the NFFD Drummond Station. Bids will be received by the North Fremont Fire District at the office of Forsgren, An Apex Company, until May 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Digital copies of the contract documents can be obtained on or after April 8, 2026, by emailing Forsgren Associates at dhuber@forsgren.com. Bidders will be added to the plan holders list upon confirmation of receipt of contract documents. A confirmation email will officially place the bidder on the mandatory plan holders list. Contract documents will be distributed electronically at no cost. Requests from third-party plan rooms will not be accepted. Hard copy sets require one week of advance notice and a payment of $25. The contract documents may be examined at Forsgren Associates, Inc., 1137 Summers Drive, Rexburg, ID.
