Achievement Awards, Incentives, and Graduation Supplies

Brazosport Independent School District is soliciting proposals for achievement awards, incentives, and graduation supplies. The scope of work includes providing a percentage discount on various customizable items such as mugs, buttons, lanyards, travel mugs, apparel, medals, trophies, pins, ribbons, diplomas, diploma covers, honor cords, and plaques. Bidders are required to upload a URL for their catalog/price list. The solicitation also requests a percentage discount on the recycling of trophies. The contract is expected to be awarded tentatively on August 4, 2026.
