Requirements Contract for Mechanical Materials

The New York City Department of Education (DOE) is seeking a contractor to furnish and provide inside delivery of mechanical materials for DOE schools and administrative buildings. Bid submissions must be sent via electronic mail to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov with the solicitation number and vendor name in the subject line. If attachments are too large, a link to a Microsoft OneDrive folder containing all bid-related documents should be included. The bid opening will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on a TBD date at 11:00 A.M. Bidders will receive a link to view a livestream of the bid opening online. The bid opening will also be recorded and posted on vimeo.com. Updates can be found on the DOE website and/or Vendor Portal.
