District-Wide General Merchandise, Services, and Groceries Sales Management

Brownsville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to serve as an exclusive partner for managing walk-in only merchandise sales. This opportunity is strictly limited to in-person, on-site, over-the-counter sales. E-commerce, online orders, and shipping components are explicitly not permitted. Proposers must possess demonstrated experience in operating high-volume, on-site retail environments. The district is seeking a partner to manage sales of general merchandise, services, and groceries district-wide.
