Nature Playground Construction at Dorris Ranch

Willamalane Park and Recreation District (WPRD) is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a nature playground at Dorris Ranch, a special use park in Springfield, Oregon. The project involves site clearing, earthwork, erosion control, concrete and gravel paving, installation of custom and pre-manufactured play equipment, and landscaping. The estimated cost for the site work is approximately $200,000. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on May 27th, 2026, to the Bob Keefer Center at 250 S. 32nd Street, Springfield, Oregon. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:05 p.m. at the same location. The contract is for a public works project subject to Oregon Revised Statutes and the Davis-Bacon Act. WPRD encourages bids from minority, women, veteran, and emerging small businesses.
