Tapping Saddles for Water Mains

Louisville Water Company is soliciting bids for a two-year contract to supply tapping saddles compatible with both PVC and ductile iron water mains. The contract includes the possibility of renewal for up to three additional one-year terms. All questions and inquiries regarding this bid must be submitted through the Louisville Water Company's web-based portal by the date and time specified on the portal. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the Bid Submittal Due Date. Bids must be submitted digitally via the Bonfire portal at https://louisvillewater.bonfirehub.com/portal, as no other submission methods will be accepted. The company will award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is responsive, in substantial compliance with contract requirements, and offers the lowest and best price. Louisville Water Company reserves the right to reject bids deemed defective, non-responsive, or not in the company's best interest. The Company's Local Preference Program applies to this bid and the resultant award.
