HVAC Parts, Hardware, and Furnishings for Austin State Supported Living Centers

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for HVAC Parts, Hardware, and Furnishings for the Austin State Supported Living Center Maintenance Department. This solicitation aims to establish a Blanket contract for Fiscal Year 2026, with an estimated historical spend of $50,000.00 for the period of one year. The contract will be effective from the date of the Purchase Order through August 31, 2026, with the possibility of a one-year extension at the agency's sole option. Additional products of the same general category may be ordered under the issued Purchase Order, and quantities may be adjusted as needed. The specific items required include various HVAC components such as blower control boards, registers, refrigerant, equipment pads, compressors, ignition controls, filter-driers, and insulation tubing. The solicitation also lists return air grilles, duct ties, and refrigeration tubing. Bidders must provide firm, fixed prices for the life of the contract using the provided Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet.
