Description
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure services for an organization that can provide Preparation and Support for Families Adopting Children with Special Needs (P&S). The P&S services are intended to help prepare prospective resource parents and families for the challenges of parenting and providing permanency to special needs children between the ages of 0-17.
