County of Maui Professional Services for FY2027

The County of Maui is soliciting statements of qualifications and expressions of interest from providers of professional services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. This notice covers a broad spectrum of service categories across various county departments, including Environmental Management, Maui Emergency Management Agency, Fire and Public Safety, Parks and Recreation, Planning, Public Works, Transportation, Water Supply, Management (IT Services, Management Program and Office of Recovery), Housing, and East Maui Water Authority. Services range from various types of engineering (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, geotechnical, hydrogeological), architectural design, construction management, surveying, environmental assessments, and planning services, to IT consulting, grant coordination, and appraisal services.
