This procurement is unrestricted and may result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. The estimated annual demand is 850 units, with a minimum delivery order quantity of 253 and a maximum of 850 units. Certified Cost and Pricing Data may be required, and the Supplier Performance Risk System applies. Price, Past Performance, and Delivery will be equally weighted in the final award decision. Potential sources should be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required for new manufacture, including component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, shipping, supply chain management, logistics planning, and forecasting production requirements.
