Repair and Modification of Aircraft Components

This solicitation is for the repair and/or modification of various aircraft components, including chopper assemblies and position sensors. The requirement is sole source due to the government's lack of sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. Government source approval is required prior to award for these items. Offers received that do not provide the required data for source approval will not be considered. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days. All contractual documents are considered issued when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods. The government's acceptance of a contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein.
