Gift Cards for RISE Behavior Incentive Program

The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) is seeking quotes from City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs) to provide gift cards for the Children's Center RISE Behavior Incentive Program. The program aims to promote positive youth development, including healthy social, emotional, and prosocial behaviors, and skill-building opportunities. The required gift cards are from retail stores Sephora, H&M, PINK, and Nike, as well as $100 Visa gift cards. The budget allocation for this procurement is $37,069.96. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, with a contract value not to exceed $1,500,000.
