Description

The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (LACSD) are issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify experienced farming entities interested in providing custom farming and property maintenance services. Qualified entities will be invited to participate in a subsequent competitive bid process (Invitation to Bid - ITB). Custom farming activities are planned for portions of the Tulare Lake Ag Site during the winter seasons of 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. These activities will require the provision of equipment and labor, with specific details outlined in Section II of the RFQ. Additionally, the selected entity will be responsible for maintaining the TLC Property for a three-year period, commencing October 1, 2026, and concluding on September 30, 2029. Only those farming entities that are evaluated and ranked as qualified by LACSD will receive an Invitation to Bid.
