Audit and Management Advisory Services for Texas Tech University System

The Texas Tech University System (TTUS) is seeking to establish non-exclusive master contracts with qualified firms to provide independent audit and/or management advisory services. These services are needed in areas including public higher education, healthcare administration and delivery, not-for-profit higher education foundations, cybersecurity, information technology, and emerging internal audit issues. Selection as a successful responder will pre-qualify firms to provide these services upon request by TTUS or any of its institutions for future, specific engagements. The services may include financial statement audits, program-specific audits, agreed-upon procedures, fraud investigations, cybersecurity and IT-related reviews, and providing specialized technical expertise. TTUS may also consider alternate qualifications submitted by respondents.
