Fire Station 3 Bay Project Design Services

The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting proposals for a consultant to provide comprehensive design services for a new vertical building construction project at Fire Station 3, as well as modifications to an existing, occupied fire station. The selected consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the design process, including architectural, engineering, studies, surveys, analyses, and the creation of preliminary and final designs, construction estimates, specifications, and property mapping/acquisition. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring life-safety, maintaining continuity of emergency operations, and close coordination with the Fire and Rescue Department staff throughout all phases. The scope of services may also extend to include bidding assistance and construction administration, including office services and observation.
