Management Agreement for Chatham-Kent John D. Bradley Convention Centre

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking proposals for a five-year Management Agreement to operate the John D. Bradley Convention Centre. The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive management, including marketing, event management, custodial services, facility maintenance, catering, and administrative functions. The operational model involves the Municipality retaining ownership while the contractor manages the Convention Centre as a self-operating business unit. The facility includes an Expo Hall (approx. 25,000 sq ft), a Ballroom (approx. 7,500 sq ft), and seven additional meeting rooms accommodating 10 to 1,800 guests.
