Atwood Lake Dam Connector Trail Project

This project involves the construction of a connector trail at the Atwood Lake Dam. The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District is the location for this project. Addendum #1 has been issued to provide additional clarification on plan sheets, project details, and to respond to bidder questions. Key changes include revisions to retainage language in the agreement, confirmation that typed documents are acceptable for bidder qualifications, clarification on videotaping scope for trail access points and areas adjacent to private property, and confirmation that the Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond will serve as the sole bonding requirement. The trail is to be constructed of native materials except where rock armoring is directed.
