Financial Statement Audit and AUP Engagement Services

The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), a not-for-profit Delaware corporation appointed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to administer the Universal Service Fund (USF), is seeking proposals for Financial Statement Audit and Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) Engagement Services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the required services and submission instructions. Proposals are due by May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET and can be accessed electronically at http://www.usac.org/about/procurement. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Part 13 of Title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations (Federal Acquisition Regulations - FAR).
