Legislative Consulting, Government Relations, and Lobbying Services

The New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority (NMRHCA) is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract to provide legislative consulting, government relations, and lobbying services. This contract is set to begin in Fiscal Year 2027. The Authority reserves the right to renew the initial contract annually for up to three additional successive fiscal years, in accordance with Section 13-1-150 NMSA 1978. The NMRHCA is a public entity established to provide comprehensive insurance programs for eligible retirees and their dependents from participating public sector employers throughout New Mexico. The services sought will support the Authority's mission in offering medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
