Institutional Furniture Supplier Agreement

The University of Oklahoma is seeking to establish an annual, non-exclusive contract with multiple qualified suppliers to provide a broad range of institutional furniture products across multiple manufacturers. Suppliers awarded will be approved for inclusion on the OU Institutional Furniture Contract, with awards made based on best-value criteria including pricing, delivery, and value-added offerings. Pricing will be based on a percentage discount from the manufacturer's current list price, which must remain firm for the contract term. The contract will support flexibility and ease of use across all awarded suppliers, and suppliers are encouraged to propose brands they can support. The terms and prices may be made available for use by other Oklahoma public colleges, universities, and state agencies at the University's discretion.
