Window Film Installation for DOR Conference Rooms

This solicitation is for the furnishing and installation of SXJ-0579 Dual Cloud Gradient window film, or an approved equal, on the windows and doors of the conference rooms located on the 1st floor of the Department of Revenue building. The installation requires specific adherence to measurements, including the top of the film being 9-10 inches from the ceiling. The glass panels are floor-to-ceiling and installed in sections with silicone; therefore, the film must be cut precisely for each section to avoid overlapping the silicone. This is a formal solicitation, and all bids must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal by the specified deadline. Non-electronic or email responses will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered as either a bidder or a supplier to participate. The Department of Revenue will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all specifications and terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping, or by total, as deemed most advantageous.
