21st Century Community Learning Centers - Cohort 24

The State of Delaware Department of Education is soliciting proposals for professional services to establish or expand community learning centers. These centers will offer students enrichment opportunities during non-school hours, including tutoring, homework assistance, and various academic and recreational activities.
