Miscellaneous Electrical Work for Scarsdale Public Schools

Scarsdale Public Schools is soliciting bids for miscellaneous electrical maintenance, installation, and repair services across various school-owned properties. The contract will be for a twelve-month period commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option for two consecutive twelve-month renewals. Services will be provided on an as-needed, will-call basis, responding to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and new installations of electrical and technology wiring. The contractor must be capable of responding to multiple locations simultaneously and must have a licensed electrician as a supervisor, with a shop located within 15 minutes of Scarsdale for emergency calls. Bids will be evaluated on hourly labor costs and material markup percentages.
