College Avenue Streetscape Design Engineering Services

The City of Wheaton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning and design services for a Conceptual Streetscape Study of College Avenue. This study will focus on the block between President Street and Hill Avenue, an area with mixed-use and retail frontage adjacent to the College Avenue Metra station. The objective is to develop design alternatives that enhance pedestrian comfort, reconfigure on-street parking, and improve the block's overall character. This engagement is for planning and design services only and does not include detailed engineering drawings, permitting, or construction management.
