Description

The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) at Fort Rucker, Alabama, is seeking information on qualified small businesses capable of providing rotary wing flight training and flight training support services. These services are for both U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force aircrew and non-aircrew personnel. The training encompasses initial entry rotary wing (IERW) training, as well as functional training for qualified aviators. The scope of services includes providing flight and academic instruction in strict compliance with Program of Instruction/Course Management Plan (POI/CMP), Syllabus of Instruction (SOI), and applicable Flight Training Guides. The contractor will be responsible for managing student workload, conducting course evaluations and examinations, and scheduling students, instructors, and resources. Additionally, the contractor must manage instructor personnel, including training and quality assurance, and adhere to administrative requirements such as records management and information security. Key areas of capability include training program operations, instructor personnel management and quality, and administrative requirements. The attached documents detail various courses, equipment, regulations, and performance standards relevant to the required services. Respondents are advised that Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements are anticipated for any resulting solicitation.
