Photography and Yearbook Services for Plano ISD

Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive photography and yearbook services to be provided on an as-needed basis for its K-12 campuses and for district events such as graduations and award ceremonies. Vendors can submit proposals for photography services, yearbook services, or both. The goal is to establish a pre-approved vendor list offering competitive pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits to ensure the best value for the district. The contract will have an initial one-year term with four successive one-year renewal options, not to exceed five years total. Plano ISD also reserves the option to extend the RFP period for up to 120 days if necessary. Recommendations for vendors are expected around September 8, 2026, with contracts beginning for the 2027-2028 school year.
