Sources Sought: Low Speed Utility Terrain Vehicle for Shaw AFB

Shaw Air Force Base is seeking market research for potential sources capable of providing a commercial-grade, low-speed utility terrain vehicle (UTV). The vehicle must be gasoline-powered and have a maximum speed not exceeding 19 MPH and a weight not exceeding 3,000 lbs. Key specifications include a dual A-arm suspension, 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, industrial heavy-duty tires on 12" steel wheels, a minimum fuel capacity of 11.35 gallons, a towing capacity of 2,500 lbs, and a payload capacity of 1,500 lbs. The vehicle should also feature a gas-assist dump box, a 3-person bench seat, doors with nets, a windshield, a roof, and a digital display including speedometer, odometer, tripmeter, gear indicator, fuel gauge, coolant temperature, and seat belt reminder.
