Shuttle Bus Services for Chicago O'Hare International Airport

The City of Chicago Department of Procurement Services is seeking shuttle bus services for the Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through the City of Chicago's website at www.cityofchicago.org/eprocurement by June 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Paper bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register for a login account at least three business days prior to the bid due date. Specifications can be downloaded from the e-procurement website. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the O'Hare Airport Central Field Office, 10510 W. Zemke Road, Chicago, IL 60666. Attendees must pre-register by emailing Tom Magno at thomas.magno@cityofchicago.org with the subject line 'Pre-Bid Conference for Shuttle Bus Services at O'Hare Airport'. Questions are due by May 27, 2026.
